Heehan supplies pet grooming, trimming and pet-hair cleaning tools to pet brands, wholesalers, distributors and online sellers. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Heehan, a supplier of pet grooming, trimming and pet-hair cleaning tools based in Yangjiang, Guangdong, China. Our registered entity name and registered address appear on every quotation and invoice we issue; if you need them earlier, ask us and we will send them in writing.
What we collect
When you contact us — by email, or through the inquiry form on this site — we ask only for what we need to answer you: your email address, the destination country for the goods, the models you are interested in and the quantity of each, any customisation you need, and anything you add in your message. Name and company name are not required fields; we only receive them if you write them in your message. Each inquiry is also kept in this site’s own private inquiry list, which only the site administrators can read, and a copy is sent to our company mailbox by email.
If you attach logo files, artwork or packaging references, we receive those files. Please only send artwork you have the right to share.
Our hosting environment records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in its server logs, in order to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a written quotation
- To check availability, minimum order quantity and customization options for the products you name
- To arrange samples, artwork confirmation and delivery discussions
- To keep a record of the business conversation for follow-up and repeat orders
We rely on that correspondence being necessary to answer your request and, where an order follows, to perform the contract with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Files you send us
Logo files, packaging artwork and similar attachments are used only to assess the feasibility of your project and to agree production details. They stay yours.
Cookies and browser storage
The public pages of this site set no cookies, and no analytics or advertising code runs here. What is stored, and for whom, is listed in our Cookie Policy.
Discussions
Comment fields are closed on the pages and articles published here. If discussions are opened on an article later, the name, email address and message you submit will be stored so the comment can be checked and published.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the services that run this site: our hosting provider and our email provider, both acting on our instructions. When a quotation involves shipping, we may share destination, weight and product details with a freight forwarder in order to calculate cost — personal contact details are not part of that exchange unless a delivery requires them. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to support a later order or repeat purchase, and for any period tax and accounting rules require once an invoice is issued. You can ask us to delete an inquiry and its attachments at any time; if an order is in progress we will tell you what has to stay.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop using your details for follow-up. Write to us using the contact details below and we will answer in writing. If you are in a region with a data protection authority, you may also complain to it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date. A change of substance will be worth re-reading, and it will never be applied retroactively to a request we already answered.
