Where the work happens
Ruigwin (Yangjiang) Housewares Co., Ltd. has made moulded care and household products in Yangjiang, Guangdong since 2004. The plant covers 18,000 m², with 120+ people and over 50 automated machines across injection moulding, metal parts and assembly. Grooming tools run on that same floor: moulded, assembled, printed and packed, and each of those steps has a place in the workshop where it can go wrong quietly.
Why the pet lines come out of a baby-care factory
The manufacturing started in baby care, where material choice and edge finishing are checked harder than in most categories — a part a child puts in their mouth sets the standard for everything else on the floor. Pet tools ask for the same discipline in different places: a brush a dog chews, a clipper that touches a nail bed, a scoop that holds wet litter. The pet lines are made from the same materials, on the same machines, finished to the same standard.
What we can develop with you
Moulding, metal working and assembly are in-house, which is what makes a change on the product itself possible and not only on the label: a different handle material, a reworked working part, a set built from pieces that already exist. Structural design, material upgrade and packaging are developed as one project, so the sample, the mould and the artwork do not become three separate conversations.
Two hundred brands, no logos
Over the years the floor has run projects for more than two hundred brand customers outside China. Their logos are not printed here, because a logo is the client’s to publish and not ours. If you want to know whether we have made something close to your product, ask — that is a question we answer in a message rather than on a page.
What a batch is checked against
A batch is produced against the version you approved. The approved sample and the written specification are the reference for material, colour, dimensions, logo position and packing, and they stay on file, so a reorder two seasons later is made against the same reference rather than from memory.
What is still missing here
Monthly capacity and client logos are the two subjects left off this page, because each needs a document behind it: a capacity statement, or a client’s written permission. Until those are supplied the subject stays off rather than described in general terms. The certificates and reports we hold are shown further down as the documents themselves, with the body that issued each one, and each opens at full size.
If you need something specific confirmed
Ask, and the answer comes in writing — whether it is the inspection points for a particular item, the packing of a carton, or a document your compliance team needs before ordering.
