What happens after you write
- We read the models and the quantities, and check which of them can be supplied as they are.
- If something still needs deciding — material, colour, packing, logo position — we come back with the questions rather than a guess.
- You receive the quotation in writing: unit price, the minimum for that version, packing, lead time, and what a sample costs.
How to make the first message easy to answer
Name the models you are looking at, the quantity you plan per model, and the country it ships to. If you already sell a similar product, a photograph of it tells us more than a paragraph. Artwork can always come later.
If something is urgent
WhatsApp is the faster route for a short question; email is better for anything with a specification or a file attached, because it keeps the thread in one place for both sides.

Send the models and the quantity
A first message does not need to be complete. Name the models you are considering and the quantity you have in mind, and we come back with the questions that actually matter for that model.
We usually reply within two working days. The reply states the unit price, the minimum quantity, the packing, the lead time and what the price is based on.
