These terms cover your use of this website. They are not a price list, a quotation or a contract of sale — those are separate, written documents. Where this page and a signed quotation, proforma invoice or contract disagree, the signed document governs.

What this site is
This site describes the grooming, trimming and pet-hair cleaning tools we supply, the ways they can be customized, and how to ask us for a quotation. Browsing it does not create an order, reserve stock or fix a price. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance; a contract begins only as described below.
Inquiries, quotations and orders
- An inquiry is a request for information. We answer it in writing, usually with questions about specification or quantity.
- A quotation states the models, quantities, unit prices, terms and the period for which it holds. Conditions not written in it are not agreed.
- An order exists only when we confirm it in writing — typically by a proforma invoice accepted with payment, or a contract signed by both sides.
- Prices, MOQ and lead times are quoted per request because they depend on the model, the material, the packaging and the destination. We do not publish a general price list, and we do not treat figures from an earlier project as standing prices for another.
Product information on this site
Photographs, drawings, dimensions and descriptions are indicative. Colour can vary with material batch and with your screen; natural materials and hand-finished parts show small variation. The specification you approve on a sample or on a signed specification sheet is the binding one. Where a value is not yet confirmed for a model — minimum order quantity, packing ratio, lead time — the page says so instead of publishing an estimate.
Samples
Samples are subject to availability. Sample charges, courier cost and whether a charge is credited against a later bulk order are agreed in writing before dispatch; they are not implied by this site. A sample you approve sets the standard we produce against.
Your logo, artwork and packaging files
When you send a logo, artwork or packaging file, you confirm you hold the rights to use it and that using it as instructed does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use those files only to quote and produce your project. We do not sell, publish or reuse your artwork for another customer, and we do not copy a third party’s brand, packaging design or protected shape. Files you send remain yours; we keep them only as long as the project and its follow-up orders require.
