Before you write
Almost every question below has the same honest answer: it depends on the model and on the quantity. Where that is the case, we say so rather than publishing a figure that would not survive contact with your actual order.
For anything not covered here, write to us with the model you are looking at — a question about one item is much easier to answer than a general one.
Questions we are asked most
It depends on the model and on what is being changed on it. The quotation states the minimum for the exact version you asked about, instead of one figure for the whole catalogue — a plain tool and a tool with a new mould are not the same order.
Ask this with a modelYes. A sample of the model you are considering can be arranged before an order. What it costs, how it is sent and whether the charge is credited against a bulk order are agreed in writing before dispatch.
Ask this with a model
Lead time is quoted per model and per quantity. It is part of the written quotation rather than a number published on a page, because it changes with the finishing steps and with the season.

The quotation and the proforma invoice state the currency, the terms and the account. Nothing about payment is settled on this website, and nothing is binding until it is in writing.
Ask this with a modelUsually, yes. Send the artwork and we will say what the model and the packing can carry — some designs print cleanly, some need adjusting to the material, and some are not possible at the quantity you have in mind.
Ask this with a model
Write with the model, the old order reference and the quantity you need. The specification from the previous order stays on file, so the new one starts from the same version rather than from a photograph.
