Most sourcing problems do not start with the product. They start with the gap between “we like this brush” and “we know exactly what we are buying, at what cost, and when it arrives.” Here is how a Heehan project normally moves, so you know what to expect at each step.
1. You find something worth a second look
Product families, uses and customization options are listed on the site. Add the items you want to discuss to a quote list instead of sending several separate requests — one inquiry with several items is easier to price accurately than five separate emails.
2. We clarify before we price
We ask about target quantity, destination country, logo or packaging needs and timing. These details change the answer more than most buyers expect: a price without a quantity and a destination is a guess, not a quotation.
3. Samples, if you need to feel it first
Ask for a sample in the same inquiry rather than in a separate thread. Availability, sample price and courier cost are confirmed for the specific item and destination — they are not fixed for the whole catalog.
4. A written quotation
You receive product, specification, quantity, unit price, MOQ, packaging, lead time and delivery term in writing. The delivery term is what we agree for your project — EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP — and it is stated in the quotation rather than promised on a web page.
5. Order and artwork confirmation
Before production starts, specification, artwork and packaging are confirmed in writing. This is the step that prevents most of the disagreements that appear later.
6. Production and inspection
Production follows the confirmed specification. Inspection points and the delivery plan are agreed as part of the order, so both sides know what is being checked and when.
7. Shipping
We can quote a shipping option together with the goods, or work with your own forwarder. Cost depends on destination, weight and service level, which is why it belongs in your quotation and not in a public table.
8. Repeat orders
When you reorder, send the original order or item numbers together with any change to packaging or quantity, so the same specification is used again instead of being rebuilt from memory.
What we deliberately do not publish
We do not publish one general MOQ, one global shipping table or a fixed reply time, because each depends on the product, the destination and the season. Ask with your item and your target quantity, and you get a specific answer for your case.
